The Launchpad for Local Sustainable Entrepreneurs
The Ignite! New Business Expo is the only event that launches and celebrates micro-businesses within our local economies. It began in 2006 to help Urban FIRE, Oakland's homegrown entrepreneurship program, give its graduates an opportunity to showcase their new businesses, and it has grown each year to become the largest expo of its type.

This year's Ignite Expo will be a festive event with a focus on business as a celebration of our local economy. We invite you to come out, bring your friends, enjoy a day in the sun, and meet the Bay Area's newest entrepreneurs.
